Long An Cigarette Factory was a provincial factory and joins Vinataba in accordance with a decision by the government in 2000.

Total workforce is 262 people of which 212 people are factory workers.

There are 4 departments : Finance, Planning, Technical, Administration and also three manufacturing departments.

The factory manufactures following cigarette brands : Bastion, castforce, Baton, Horseman, Zec and Miss, of which Bastion has the biggest volume with 72.48 % in 2003 volume, the second is Castforce with 15.20%.
