Dear colleagues,
We, as well as the whole world, have gone through nearly half a decade of constant threats and challenges, with liminal space between darkness and light; between storm and calm; even between life and death. All those status made us exposed to feelings of anxiety. However, with abilities of motivation and resilience, Vietnam has overcome such historical challenges.
In 2023, Vinataba had firmly got through such unprecedented storms over the past 38 years, which would not have been possible without unwavering support from leaders at all levels, associating with the solidarity and diligent dedication of more than 7,000 people. For the first time, we reached the profit milestone of 1,819 billion VND, an increase of 29.4%; budget contributions exceeded VND 14,000 billion, nearly twice the amount of charter capital allocated over the past decades; the living and working conditions of workers have been significantly improved.
Dear colleagues,
Working together we have undoubtedly surmounted a lot of existing issues and challenges. I am deeply moved and taking this opportunity to extend my sincere gratitude to you all who have play a part in this exemplary solidarity. We absolutely have the right to be proud of it. However, there is still a lot of work ahead, where we are entering the sprint phase of completing the target plan for the 2020 – 2025 period. Our performance in 2024 would be even more important as we are about to celebrate 4 decades of foundation and development of our common home – Vinataba.
Preparing well for competitions and challenging environments is one of the most effective measure to survive and develop in the time to come. The challenges and impacts of the business environment in the near future are obviously in existence. But, we would walk through it with confidence and humility, with dedication and love for Vinataba and with the continued suport of relevant agencies.
